Marvin Lemard-Director/CEO
Committed and charismatic, Marvin was ordained as a full-time pastor 2003. His preaching career took him to various places locally and internationally. Anointed to preach, heal the sick, and bring deliverance to the body of Christ.
He is a Pastor, Author, Motivational Speaker, a trained Christian Counsellor, and a Marriage Officer. Marvin has a holistic approach to Ministry as he believed in the transformation of the whole man through Christ. He is the pastor of the Assemblies of the First Born Church International, Faith Tabernacle.
Romoy Lemard-Manager/Secretary
Romoy was saved at the age of fifteen, she spent her days in constant prayer and fasting seeking the power and the face of God, through which she often sees the manifestations in miracles, healing, and deliverance.
A trained teacher by profession, Educational Consultant (Curriculum Developer, Educational Online Content Developer, and Writer of Educational Training Manuals). She is also an Author, Certified Life Coach, and a, Motivational Speaker who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others.
Moya Wright-Gordon-Programme Cordinator
Mrs. Wright-Gordon has been a teacher for approximately 12 years. She holds an Associate Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Entertainment Management. She also has a Diploma in Education and a certificate in Supervisory Management and Customer service. She is a trained Assessor. She is currently the Project Coordinator at “Children first Agency Youth Wellness Centre” in Spanish Town. She has been a Christian for four years and attended the Fellowship Tabernacle, Portmore.
Lola Williams-Board Advisor
She has been a seasoned campaigner for Christ for several years where she and her husband served as Pastors and District Overseers for the AFB District churches in Shiloh. She holds a Diploma in Teacher Training, B. A. General from UWI, a Diploma in Educational Guidance – University of Reading Berkshire, England, and an M.A.in Education from Ohio State University. She is an education executive, with twelve years of teaching experience both at the primary and secondary levels, one year as a supervisor of teachers’ college interns, external assessor of final year teachers’ college students, and over twenty-five years of experience in developing and coordinating curricula at Early Childhood Primary, Secondary and Tertiary levels, and training of teachers in their implementation.
Megan Williams-Administrative Assistant
Megan Williams has been a Christian for over 20 years and attended the Mount Carmel United Church Constitution Hill, St. Andrew. Where she serves as the Youth Adult President, Sunday school teacher, and a member of the praise team. She is employed at the Mines and Geology Division (Ministry of Transport and Mining) where she serves as a cashier among other responsibilities. She holds a diploma in Administrative Assistance and Administrative Management.
Kerry Salmon-Trainer
Miss Samon has been teaching for approximately 10 years with various experiences in teaching. She attends Gregory Park New Testament Church. She has been saved for over ten years.

Minister Marjorie Reid-Resource Person
Marjorie Reid has a flair and love of life, which is reflected in her professional, social, personal and Christian lifestyle. Marjorie is a qualified Social Worker with a Dip SW gained in 1992. To develop her skills further she qualified as a Social Work Practice tutor where she trained student Social Worker within her department.
Marjorie’s specialism is in children and families which has involved Safeguarding, Unaccompanied Asylum Children, trafficking, radicalisation, gang, drug, and criminal activity. Her work has meant that she is involved with the police and covert activities. Areas of interest include sitting on fostering and adoption panels and community forums. Marjorie has studied at London University for her qualification in Management and Sociology which incorporated Psychology and Criminology. Apart from the day job, Marjorie is also one of the teachers at TSM [Timothy School of Ministries]. Marjorie also tutors Ministers in Practical Ministry, Ethics, Evangelism in 20th Century and Safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable adults.
Together the team is combining their efforts, callings, gifts, and talents to impact the lives of others and by extension build up the Kingdom of God as we focused on the total man in this charitable business.
